I love the fact we are kept so informed at every step of the way. It makes this more than just a financial investment. I'm surprised at how quickly things progressed. McCarthy staff is friendly and courteous. As this is my first investment property, I have been a little confused at what action items are for me when I'm sent something by the solicitor or builder, but McCarthy staff have been prompt in responding to my questions and are usually already onto it.

We were referred to McCarthy Group by our cousin who knew we were in a similar financial position. Given our cousin and other family members had successfully invested in property over the years using McCarthy Group's services we were interested to see what they could do for us. We needed a better way to pay off our mortgage, save our tax dollars and ultimately retire in a position where we could be financially free.

It is important to us to close the financial gap that exists between where we are now and where we need to be. We recently met with McCarthy Group as we were curious about their offer to develop a strategy to assist us to pay off our mortgage sooner and save our tax. The Document Filing System is very good and a really neat way to keep all the associated documents together.  It proved its value when I was asked a detailed question recently and was able to search the folder and find the document and details I needed.  Really helpful!

We received lots of good photographs of the property during the build period that enabled us to see the property.  The recent photos of the completed home impressed us – the quality was everything we had hoped for and it is a delightful home.  It should have an instant appeal to a serious renter.
