Terms and Conditions
1. The promoter is the McCarthy Group Pty Ltd (ACN 086 284 826) of Building 2, Suite 2.01, 35 Waterloo Road, Macquarie Park, NSW 2113.
2. Competition entries must be fully complete to be eligible for any prize.
3. Limit of one entry per person.
4. The competition begins on 29 February 2008 and ends on 5 December 2008.
5. The promoter will hold a barrel draw at 10:00 am on 5 December 2008 at Building 2, Suite 2.01, 35 Waterloo Road, Macquarie Park to determine the winner.
6. The competition winner will be notified by email/telephone.
7. The prize winner’s name will be published in the West Australian on Wednesday, 17 December 2008.
8. The prize awarded is $3000 off your mortgage.
9. The determination of the promoter on any dispute or complaint is final.
10. No employees of the McCarthy Group, relatives of those employees or any associates of the McCarthy Group shall be eligible to enter the competition.
