2 Competition entries must be fully complete to be eligible for any prize.
3 Limit of one entry per person.

5 The competition begins on 28 June 2011 and ends on 16 December 2011.
6 The promoter will hold a computer generated draw at 10.00 am on 16 December 2011 at Building 2, Suite 2.01, 35 Waterloo Road, Macquarie Park NSW to determine the winner.
7 The competition winner will be notified by email/telephone and the prize must be claimed within 3 months from the draw.
8 The prizewinner’s name will be published in The Australian on Wednesday, 21 December 2011.
9 The prize awarded is $3,000 off your mortgage.
10 In the event that the prize is not claimed, a redraw will be held at 10.00 am on Monday, 19 March 2012 at Building 2, Suite 2.01, 35 Waterloo Road, Macquarie Park.
11 The determination of the promoter on any dispute or complaint is final.
12 No employees of the McCarthy Group, relatives of those employees or any associates of the McCarthy Group shall be eligible to enter the competition.
