David is the first to admit that he was a little cynical about venturing into the whole investment property process, and really only went along to the first meeting with McCarthy Group to support Leanne. Today, they have two properties.

Leanne smiles and says, “When everything was laid out, and the information was explained clearly and concisely David was able to look at the figures and understand the process. On the way home, I remember David saying ‘this makes sense to me.’ However, I knew that he needed to go through the process to feel confident about proceeding.”

David says, “I was thinking about all the things that could go wrong. Like, what happens if I can’t get a tenant, and I’ve still got to pay the mortgage?”
